Hyatt Place Scottsdale/Old Town

The property is within a 5 minute walking distance from Old Town boutiques and restaurants/cafes. The King room was very large, well furnished, and comfortable. Reception staff was very courteous and allowed us to access the pool after checkout as we had a late flight out of Phoenix. The wi-fi is very strong as we had online access by the pool.

The location is perfect for what we wanted, never a problem for parking, Rooms are a good size, and the aircon was fantastic. There is a safe in the room, which is a must.... The pool was a nice size...

Since we travel with a service dog, We always ask for a room on the 1st floor, and they had one for us, right by an exit door that made it especially convenient to take our pup out for walks and such. Also, there was a dog area with bags nearby to clean up after her. Breakfast was great with so many options and lots of fruit!

Very close to the Honor Health Hospital on Shea . Immediately off the highway but quiet . Very clean quite spacious room . Actually a suite . Room 225 was bright and comfortable. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom very clean with toiletries . Reception staff was friendly, helpful and courteous . Breakfast was unimaginative but adequate . Good overnight experience .

the staff were super friendly and helpful, especially Marie - thank you so much for taking care of us. the location is ideal to easily walk to bars, restaurants and cafes, as well as shops and boutiques. the rooms were lovely and big, super spacious, breakfast included, and there was variety to suit everyone (though maybe not vegans if you are)
